Job Overview
We are looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, explaining our loan products, fixing customer appointments, and collecting the required documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Explain loan products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan options.
- Fix appointments with interested customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Collect and verify the required documents from customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for further loan processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.
- Work towards achieving daily performance targets.
- Close at least one customer file per day by collecting the required documents.
Loan Products
The candidate will handle customer enquiries and documentation for:
- Home Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Home Loan Takeover / Balance Transfer
- Project Loans
- Other eligible loan products
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional approach while speaking with customers.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Performance Expectation
The selected candidate should actively communicate with customers, fix appointments, and ensure that at least one customer's required loan documents are collected every day.
