Job Overview
We are hiring a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in Google Ads, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ROI-focused paid marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video & Remarketing)
- Conduct keyword research and campaign structuring
- Handle bidding strategies like CPC, CPA, ROAS & conversion optimization
- Improve CTR, Quality Score & overall campaign performance
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 & Google Tag Manager
- Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports
- Work on lead generation and low-budget optimization campaigns
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Google Ads (PPC)
- Knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS & Quality Score
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs & Keyword Planner
- Understanding of remarketing, audience targeting & landing page optimization
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills
