Designation :- HOD Tool room Title of the position :- Tool Room Head is responsible for complete management of tool room operations including design, development, maintenance, repair, and improvement of dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and sheet metal tools. The role ensures smooth production support, minimum downtime, and high-quality output.
Brief Job Discripition
Strong knowledge of:
Planning and development of new dies, molds, jigs & fixtures.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of press tools.
Modification and improvement of existing tools.
Ensure tool life monitoring and control.
Progressive Dies
Compound Dies
Transfer Dies
CNC / VMC machining
Tool steel materials
Heat treatment process
Job Specifications
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making.
Current Job Location :- Bawal, Haryana
Work Experience :- 12+ years experience in sheet metal press tool manufacturing.
