Job Description:
Homedesignia is hiring Interior Designers and Sales Executives for our Gurugram office. We are looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about interiors, client handling, sales growth, and premium residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Interior Designer:
- Understand client requirements and project needs
- Create design concepts, layouts, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients and execution teams
- Work on modular and residential interior projects
- Manage project discussions and site coordination
Sales Executive:
- Handle incoming leads and client consultations
- Convert leads into sales closures
- Coordinate with designers and project teams
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in interior design or sales preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or interior workflows is a plus
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Strong sales and negotiation skills for sales roles
