Senior Workday Technical Engineer / Integration Lead
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday technical development experience
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, APIs, WQL, Cloud Connectors & Workday Extend
- Experience building and supporting complex Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance & Supply Chain
- Strong experience with ERP data conversion, migration, and automation processes
- Experience designing scalable integration and lookup frameworks
- Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, APIs, and enterprise integration architecture
- Ability to automate manual mapping/crosswalk processes and reduce Excel/VLOOKUP dependency
- Experience with Workday calculated fields, business processes, and custom reports
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
- Experience working on enterprise-scale ERP transformation programs
- Strong understanding of integration security, governance, and data validation processes
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical architects, SMEs, and business teams
Preferred Skills:
- GCP BigQuery experience
- Workday Prism exposure
- Healthcare ERP landscape experience
- Experience in highly governed enterprise environments
- Prior experience with large-scale ERP conversion and automation initiatives
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
