Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service in the textile store. The role involves maintaining product displays, understanding customer needs, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is neatly arranged.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizes, colors, and styling suggestions.
- Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier when required.
- Monitor stock availability and report replenishment needs.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and attractive at all times.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary / Degree qualification preferred.
- Previous retail or textile sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong selling skills.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and retail operations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
