Key Responsibilities:
Achievement of business targets as per KRAs for the allocated city 60 cr
Reporting of minimum 35 Territory Managers
Maintaining portfolio health as per company standard and policies
Responsible for meeting monthly business targets as laid down to ensure average Rate, Interest Income, Upfront Fee, Optimum product mix, Quality of sourcing, FEMI, TEMP , SEMI collection
Achievement of various Key Parameters like Disbursal Volume and Units, City Penetration and Alternate sourcing
Responsible for DSA empanelment/ activation
Managing IRR / PF/ Cross-Sell, PDD tracking/ collection/ updation
Responsible for Recruitment/ Training / Leading and Managing the team of Territory Managers/ Sales Executives with objective of achieving the desired business targets as per KRAs for the allocated
Managing Individual targets through Independent DSAs/Channel Network with adherence of set processes & policies
Timely submission of sales reports, market information, competition activities
Ensuring quality of sales
Resolving Customer complaints / grievances
Strong supervisory control on the entire sales process
Abide by company policy and processes
