Colleen Tandem LLP is a boutique communications and public relations agency . We are expanding our offerings and looking for a driven Advertisement Sales Executive to build our print advertising business.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who can generate business for print advertisements across newspapers, magazines, and special editorial features. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, existing industry contacts, and the ability to acquire new advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for print advertisements across national and regional publications.
- Identify and approach SMEs, corporates, educational institutions, hospitals, financial firms, and startups for advertising opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and media houses.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising options.
- Coordinate with newspapers and publications for ad bookings, artwork deadlines, and publication schedules.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM.
- Work closely with the PR team to identify opportunities for integrated PR and advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in print advertising sales or media sales.
- Existing relationships with newspapers, magazines, or advertising agencies will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
