Key Responsibilities:
- Travel across assigned territories in Uttar Pradesh for training, promotional, and business development activities
- Conduct product demonstration and training sessions for distributors, buyers, retailers, and sales teams to drive product awareness and sales growth
- Deliver engaging on-stage presentations and represent the company during events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, dealer meets, and product launch activities effectively
- Collaborate with chefs and internal teams for food display, sampling, and product presentation during events
- Conduct online product knowledge and sales training sessions through Zoom and other digital platforms
- Support state-level sales and branding initiatives to strengthen market presence
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, event data, and MIS updates accurately in Excel
- Coordinate with distributors, channel partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of marketing activities
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners to support long-term business growth
- Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to support sales strategy and product positioning
- Ensure timely reporting of travel plans, event outcomes, and sales-related activities to management.
Preferred Experience:
* Candidates with prior experience in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) / Direct Selling.
Language Preference:
* Proficiency in Regional & Hindi will be preferred.
