The Sales Manager position leads the entire sales operations, manages the team on a daily basis, guides daily calls, tracks partnerships, and reports updates and feedback directly to leadership while overseeing Pan-India salon onboarding.What You Will Do
- Lead and manage the entire sales team on a day-to-day basis.
- Host daily calls with the sales team to gather updates, collect feedback, and provide guidance.
- Review daily progress and ensure all sales activities and tracking are managed correctly.
- Oversee the onboarding process for salons, beauty parlours, nail studios, and spas across India (starting with Mumbai and Pune).
- Look out for and develop new business partnerships.
- Report team progress, metrics, and daily updates directly to leadership.
- Provide support to the team as they pitch the Salonbot product and close sign-ups.
- Manage Social Media Like facebook and instragram not limited to reels creation, DM's management and forging parternships with influencers as required
- Looking out for innovate approach to market and sell the Salonbot Software
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) with good English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with remote teams and small business operations.
- Skilled in tracking sales metrics, managing pipelines, and driving daily execution.
- Access to a smartphone and reliable communication channels for daily check-ins.
