We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven SaaS Sales Consultants (Freshers) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in B2B SaaS sales, client interaction, and consultative selling. You will work closely with marketing and senior sales members to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the company’s SaaS products and explain value propositions to prospects
- Identify and qualify leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Conduct product demos (training will be provided)
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Assist in preparing proposals, pricing, and sales presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, support)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA / BBA / BCom / BE / BTech preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi; regional language is a plus)
- Strong willingness to learn SaaS and B2B sales concepts
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing is an advantage
- Confident, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with calling, emailing, and virtual meetings
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Workspace)
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Internship or project experience in sales/marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of SaaS, IT services, or digital products
