Syntista is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for both freshers and candidates with some sales experience who are passionate about building client relationships and growing in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers
- Present and explain company services to clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Fresher or minimum 1+ year of sales experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of sales/marketing (B2B preferred)
