Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Staffing Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring operations and manage a team of 46 recruiters. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare staffing, team leadership, and performance management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive delivery, improve processes, and meet aggressive hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles (nurses, allied health, physicians), ensuring timely and quality closures.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 46 recruiters; set clear KPIs, monitor daily/weekly performance, and drive productivity improvements.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.Oversee candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting to maintain high standards of quality and role fit.Ensure all candidates meet healthcare compliance requirements, including licenses, certifications, and background verification.

Key Skills Required
- 7+ years of experience US staffing with 2 to 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven team management and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Data-driven approach to decision-making
