Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Warehouse Management System (WMS), Inventory (INV), and Costing modules to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in troubleshooting, user support, and system configuration, with a deep understanding of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily functional support and issue resolution for Oracle Cloud WMS, Inventory, and Costing modules.

Collaborate with end users to understand business processes and address functional issues.

Analyze and troubleshoot errors related to inventory transactions, WMS flows, and cost calculations.

Maintain and configure Oracle Cloud applications to support ongoing business operations.

Ensure system accuracy and data integrity across WMS, Inventory, and Costing modules.

Document solutions, configuration updates, and user training materials.

Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and data fixes.

Participate in release testing, patch impact analysis, and regression testing.

Work within ITIL-based ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira to track and manage support tickets.
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud WMS, Inventory (INV), and Costing modules.

Proven experience in support projects and production environments.

Good understanding of Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and transaction flows.

Ability to work independently, troubleshoot functional issues, and liaise with business users.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work during PST hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).

Oracle Cloud Certification in WMS, Inventory, or Costing modules will be a plus.
