Job Summary:-
A General Manager for Construction Projects is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, by managing teams of construction managers, subcontractors, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:-
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations.
- Planning: Design strategies and set policies and processes.
- Budgeting: Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Staffing: Oversee training to Juniors.
- Performance: Evaluate operational performance.
- Regulations: Ensure regulations are followed
- Communication: Report to upper management.
- Safety: Ensure proper staff health and safety regulation management.
- Candidate must have at least 3-4 years experience in MIVAN
Skills leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, problem-solving, and strong communication.
General managers need a high school diploma at a minimum, but most positions require a bachelor's degree or higher. They also need relevant work experience and skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
