Itinerary Planning & Customization
- Design tailor-made domestic and international holiday itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals
- Suggest destinations, experiences, and travel tips to enhance the journey
- Prepare day-wise travel plans with details like sightseeing, travel time, and inclusions
Client Interaction & Support
- Speak with clients to understand their travel needs and expectation
- Provide destination knowledge, answer queries, and handle objections professionally
- Maintain regular communication from inquiry to post-trip feedback
Bookings & Coordination
- Manage bookings for flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and meals
- Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, and service providers to ensure best deals and smooth operations
- Handle amendments, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling if needed
Documentation & Compliance
- Share all necessary travel documents (vouchers, e-tickets, insurance, etc.) with clients
- Ensure all travel formalities (like visas, other guidelines) are informed and managed appropriately
Operational Support
- Maintain booking records and client profiles
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote tour packages
- Provide after-sales support and handle grievances efficiently
Key Skills & Competencies
* Strong knowledge of international travel destinations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
* Good understanding of flights, accommodation types, transfers, and meal plans
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously
* Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and travel booking platforms/CRMs
* Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn

Eligibility & Requirements
* Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
* 3 to 5 years of experience in holiday operations or tour planning (freshers with strong knowledge may apply)
* Candidates must be open to working weekends, holidays, or extended hours when required
