We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with strong domain experience in Risk & Compliance who can independently design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications and data systems. The candidate should have deep expertise in C# and Microsoft .NET technologies along with hands-on experience in financial domain projects.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and Microsoft .NET Framework
Build and enhance risk calculation systems and compliance reporting platforms
Develop and manage data pipelines, data ingestion processes, and automate business logic (including Excel-based EUCs)
Work closely with data teams for data sourcing, transformation, and reporting
Perform data migration and integration using tools such as MS SQL Server, Databricks, and other ETL tools
Contribute to enterprise data platform initiatives and work with Oracle data warehouses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
8–10+ years of strong development experience in C# and Microsoft .NET Framework
Experience working on 2–3 projects within banking/financial institutions, specifically in:
Risk management (market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk)
Compliance (anti-money laundering, financial crime)
Proven experience in building:
Strong expertise in:
Hands-on experience with:
MS SQL Server, Databricks, and ETL tools
Oracle data warehouses and enterprise data platforms
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
