- Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass), Graduation preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or Relationship Officer roles, Mandatory in an NBFC or Microfinance Institutions (MFI)
- Language Skills: Proficiency in regional language.
- Good communicationskills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Familiarity with financial products like MF loans, group lending, and personal loans is an added advantage
- Experience with collections, loan recovery, or field coordination is a plus
