Location: Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram)Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer with experience in photocopiers/printers to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and commission photocopiers and printers at client locations
- Diagnose and repair issues in photocopiers (B/W & Color machines)
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing
- Handle breakdown calls and ensure quick resolution
- Replace spare parts such as toner, drum, fuser, rollers, etc.
- Maintain service reports and update job status regularly
- Provide basic user training to customers on machine handling
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good client relationships
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.Sc in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in photocopier/printer servicing (preferred)
- Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
- Willing to travel within Trivandrum and nearby areas
- Basic knowledge of photocopier/printer mechanisms and networking
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with brands like Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, HP
