Role Overview
We are looking for driven and ambitious Sales Executives to join our growing team in Noida. You will be responsible for engaging with UK-based leads, converting enquiries into customers, and guiding them through our range of professional training courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound UK customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Recommend suitable training programs based on customer needs
- Explain course offerings, pricing, and enrolment process
- Build relationships with prospective customers and close sales
- Convert enquiries into successful course bookings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with UK operations for smooth learner onboarding
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Excellent English communication
- Confidence on calls with strong persuasion skills
- Basic computer and familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho experience is a bonus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
