About the Role
KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd., one of South India's leading NBFCs, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Asst Manager/Manager – Accounts & Finance to join our Corporate Office at Edappally. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, taxation, and financial analysis. The role requires the ability to manage critical financial reporting timelines while ensuring complete compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate Financial Statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards, RBI guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure completion of financial statements within stringent reporting timelines while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and compliance.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation-related activities, including GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, tax reconciliations, return filings, and responding to tax authorities whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Companies Act provisions, accounting policies, and internal financial controls applicable to NBFC operations.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen financial processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance internal controls.
- · Assist management in strategic financial decision-making through data-driven analysis and actionable financial insights.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and NBFC accounting practices.
- Hands-on experience in preparation of financial statements within tight deadlines.
- Expertise in audit coordination and statutory compliance.
- Sound knowledge of taxation, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting software.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in an NBFC or Banking environment.
- Experience in handling statutory audits and regulatory reporting.
- Strong understanding of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
- Demonstrated ability to meet critical reporting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
