Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support

Assist in day-to-day office administration activities.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required.

Manage office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.

Support travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees when needed.

Assist in maintaining employee records and administrative databases.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records.
Office Coordination

Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Answer and route phone calls professionally.

Support various departments with administrative tasks.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Ensure office cleanliness and smooth functioning of office facilities.
Documentation & Data Management

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Update databases and trackers regularly.

Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.

Assist in preparing and maintaining reports and MIS records.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, BBM, BCA, or any equivalent discipline.

Technical Skills
