- Visitor Management: Greet clients, notify staff of arrivals, and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, and manage the general office email inbox.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and processing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and order front office and breakroom supplies while keeping precise stock records.
- Facilities Oversight: Act as the liaison for office maintenance and coordinate service calls for office equipment.
