Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate ceramic products
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, designs, and trends in the ceramic industry
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints effectively
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on leads
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in ceramics, tiles, or building materials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
