Maintenance Support: Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) and safety checks on facility and equipment infrastructure (such as HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems).Troubleshooting: Assist senior technicians in diagnosing equipment malfunctions, taking corrective actions to minimize downtime.Documentation & Reporting: Log daily service requests, equipment repairs, and breakdown history into Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or ERP platforms.Inventory Management: Monitor and update spare parts stock, track tool usage, and assist in preparing procurement requests for replacement parts.Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety standards (e.g., LOTO procedures, safety work permits) and ensure the work environment is clean and hazard-free.Vendor & Customer Coordination: Assist in coordinating with external contractors for specialized servicing or communicate maintenance updates directly to on-site clients and end-users.
