Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a neat and organized front office.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for management.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and deliveries.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Support HR and administrative activities, including employee records and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and requirements.
- Handle basic data entry and update company databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
