Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, order processing, documentation, and coordination between internal departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales operations and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer requirements and sales activities.
- Process sales orders, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, accounts, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock requirements with relevant departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Customer Service.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

CTC: As per company standards and experience.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
