Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production / Project Engineer to lead the setup of a Greenfield Extraction Plant based on Agro Waste Processing. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a sustainable and high-impact industrial project from the ground up.

Key Skills:
- Lead the complete setup of a greenfield extraction plant from agro waste
- Plan and execute plant layout, machinery selection, and installation
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technical teams
- Oversee project timelines, budgeting, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Handle trial runs, troubleshooting, and plant stabilization
- 4–10 years total experience (sweet spot: 5–7 years)
- At least 1 full greenfield or brownfield project execution experience
- Exposure to:
- Plant erection & commissioning
- Vendor coordination & machinery procurement
- Trial runs and process stabilization,Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Production Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in plant setup, extraction units, or agro-processing industries
- Hands-on experience in greenfield projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of process engineering, utilities, and industrial equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Experience in biomass, herbal extraction, essential oils, or agro-based industries
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and waste-to-value technologies
