We are looking for a proactive and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations at the resort. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are kept in pristine condition to meet the luxury standards of our resort. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas and recreational facilities.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, public area cleaners.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are upheld.
- Handle daily scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation to housekeeping staff.
- Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest room amenities; ensure timely procurement and proper storage.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a resort or luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with housekeeping software and room management systems is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
