Control Relay Panel (CRP) Design Engineer with experience in substation protection and control engineering using EBASE and AutoCAD. Skilled in preparation of control and protection schematics, wiring diagrams, panel GA drawings, terminal arrangements, cable schedules, and BOM generation for AIS/GIS substations. Experienced in designing CRP, relay, annunciation, metering, and marshalling panels as per IEC/IS standards and client specifications. Strong knowledge of protection systems, AC/DC schemes, interlocking logics, and engineering coordination with commissioning and site teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop Control Relay Panels (CRP) for substation projects.
- Prepare protection and control schematics using EBASE.
- Create panel General Arrangement (GA) drawings in AutoCAD.
- Develop wiring diagrams, terminal plans, and cable schedules.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering documentation.
- Design AC/DC distribution and annunciation schemes.
- Coordinate with protection engineers, commissioning teams, and clients.
- Review vendor drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure drawings comply with IEC, IS, and utility standards.
- Support panel manufacturing, FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities.
- Modify and update drawings based on client comments and site requirements.
- Maintain document control and revision management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform engineering checks for relay configuration, interlocking, and control logic.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material selection and panel execution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
