Position Title: Inside sales
Responsibilities
To receive inbound calls and counseling engineer aspirants.
To do outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams
To counsel prospective students on telephone/IVRs/Online.
To escalate the prospects/queries, if required on time
To manage front office desk by resolving student’s face to face queries, if required.

Telephone handling skills – Voice/Tone/Pitch/Timely Information

Educational Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience
1 - 3 years of experience in lead generation.
Preference to experience in IT & Education (EdTech) industry
