Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in CMDB and ITSM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, Flow Orchestration, integrations, and application customization using ServiceNow Studio.
The candidate should be capable of interacting directly with customer teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules
- Develop and implement Flow Orchestration for automation and workflow optimization
- Build and customize applications using ServiceNow Studio
- Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across ServiceNow applications and modules
- Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer teams for requirement gathering and implementation
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- CMDB
- ITSM
- Flow Orchestration
- ServiceNow Studio
- Experience with third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work directly with customers and process owners
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications
- Exposure to ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
