About the Role: We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination, model quality, and project standards. The candidate should have extensive experience coordinating Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams while ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
Conduct weekly BIM coordination meetings.
Manage BIM issue tracking.
Review model quality before client submissions.
Create and maintain BIM standards.
Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Manage model federation.
Coordinate consultants and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards.
Support project teams in resolving technical BIM issues.
Maintain model health and performance.
Monitor project progress.
Review documentation before issue.
Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP) & Navisworks Manage. Understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and clash detection (Navisworks preferred). Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP) and LOD standards, Knowledge of ISO 19650, Understanding of LOD 100–500, Sheet setup and documentation, Work-sharing and Central Models. Attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive communication skills. Familiarity with international project standards (UK / US / Middle East) is a plus. Good Knowledge of BIM 360/ACC Autodesk Docs, Dynamo (Preferred). Understanding of RIBA Stages, BS Standards, IFC Workflow, COBie (preferred).
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Diploma Architecture, or a related discipline. Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or other related discipline. BIM certification or Dynamo/Computational Design knowledge is an added advantage.
