Job Summary
Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and payroll inputs. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer negotiations, pre-joining follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
HR Operations
- Handle onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Generate appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and biometric data.
- Coordinate background verification (BGV) and document verification.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and employee separation documentation.
- Maintain HR MIS and prepare periodic reports.
Payroll Inputs
- Prepare and validate monthly attendance and leave records.
- Ensure accurate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
- Verify payroll data and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.
- Support statutory compliance-related documentation and payroll records.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Recruitment, HR Operations, and Payroll Coordination.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
