You will also develop business cases to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Your expertise will guide teams in navigating complex challenges, fostering collaboration, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance overall business performance.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Experience in business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
