Job Title: Senior Steward

Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Operation Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Senior Steward to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain high guest satisfaction standards. The candidate should have strong service knowledge, team coordination skills, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide stewards during service hours
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards
- Take guest orders and ensure timely and accurate service
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required
- Coordinate with kitchen for smooth order flow
- Monitor billing accuracy and support cashiering when required
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, and discipline standards are maintained
- Train junior staff on service etiquette and SOPs
- Monitor breakage and wastage control in the restaurant
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in shifts and high-pressure situations
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel or resort F&B service
- Experience in resort or boutique hotel preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS system
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
