Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2–3years of experience in the textile industry
✔ Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and quality control
✔ Ability to manage shop-floor operations efficiently
✔ Good leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved
- Monitor quality standards and process compliance
- Manage workforce and maintain discipline on the shop floor
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
