Build India's first kids activity marketplace - from the ground up
ActivityKidz is a fast-growing platform that helps parents discover and book the best kids' activities from trampoline parks and go-karting to art classes and sports academies. Founded by IIM Calcutta alumnus, we've already reached 5 lakh+ parents and partnered with 1000+ venues across India. Now we're expanding to multiple cities across India and hiring the on-ground team that will make it happen.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field every day - walking into play zones, sports arenas, and adventure parks, pitching them on listing with ActivityKidz, and helping them grow once they're onboard. If you enjoy meeting people, closing deals, and building something from scratch, this is for you.
What you'll do
- Visit kids' activity venues (play areas, sports centres, adventure parks, hobby classes) to pitch and onboard them onto ActivityKidz
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners and managers as their dedicated point of contact
- Help onboarded partners grow their bookings and visibility on the platform
- Represent ActivityKidz as the face of the brand in your city
What you bring
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication skills (regional language skills are a plus)
- Self-driven and genuinely good with people

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
