A Relationship Manager in field sales is a client-facing, target-driven role focused on acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships through on-ground visits. They visit clients, explain products (Banking financial services), handle inquiries, and drive sales, usually requiring travel, strong communication skills, and a two-wheeler.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition & Sales: Generating leads, visiting clients, and achieving daily/monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships to ensure retention and customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Explaining company products/services (e.g., Saving scheme (DRD, RD, FD & MIS) & loans Collection) and offering tailored solutions.
- Field Activities: Conducting on-ground sales visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring accurate documentation for,, policy issuance and complying with regulatory guidelines.
- Client Support: Acting as the primary contact for client queries, complaints, and service needs.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 0–5 years of experience in field sales, particularly in Loan or banking.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Requirements: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive travel.
