4 Fox Business Solutions is a Digital Marketing and E-commerce agency helping brands scale through performance-driven marketing strategies. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns for D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS while reducing CAC and CPA.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, and video creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience working with D2C/E-commerce brands.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Pixel implementation.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and remarketing.
- Experience in campaign budgeting and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Merchant Center and Performance Max campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
