Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Technician with strong expertise in technical and electrical maintenance within the resort, wellness, hotel, or hospital industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning and preventive maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems across the property. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on troubleshooting skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to maintain operational efficiency while ensuring safety standards are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, lighting, DG sets, pumps, and utility systems.
· Monitor and maintain electrical panels, wiring, switches, and related systems.
· Ensure smooth functioning of guest rooms, therapy rooms, common areas, and back-office infrastructure.
· Attend breakdown complaints and resolve technical issues promptly.
· Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
· Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment servicing.
· Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and safety hazards.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
· Support setup and maintenance during events, operational activities, and emergencies.
· Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.
· Assist in energy-saving initiatives and efficient utility management.
Qualifications & Skills:
· ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field.
· Minimum 8–10 years of experience in resorts, wellness centres, hotels, hospitals, or hospitality industry.
· Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance.
· Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair work.
· Good understanding of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
· Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations efficiently.
· Basic knowledge of maintenance documentation and reporting.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts if required.
