Job Summary
We are hiring Travel Operators to manage travel bookings and assist customers with their travel plans. This role involves handling customer queries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries (calls & follow-ups) regarding travel services
- Book and manage flights, hotels, tour packages, and transportation
- Provide travel details, pricing, and itinerary options to customers
- Coordinate with vendors, travel agents, and service providers
- Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain records of customer interactions
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in travel agency or tour operations (preferred)
- Any one can apply (role-specific requirement)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems
