Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process IPD bills accurately.
- Ensure all services, investigations, pharmacy, and consumables are correctly billed.
- Coordinate with departments for bill verification and clearance.
- Handle TPA/insurance approvals and documentation.
- Prepare final bills and facilitate timely patient discharge.
- Resolve billing-related queries from patients and insurance providers.
- Maintain billing records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital IPD billing.
- Knowledge of TPA/insurance processes and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) preferred.
