We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers & Counselors to join our team. The role involves communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, providing information about company services, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
Responsibilities: Make and receive calls professionally. Explain company products/services to customers. Follow up with interested candidates and clients. Maintain customer records and update data regularly. Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer support. Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Eligibility: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Any Graduate. Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
