Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents. Conduct employee induction and orientation programs. Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations. Assist in employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Maintain HR databases and generate periodic HR reports. Support performance management and training & development activities.
Qualifications
1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
2. Candidates up to 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
4.Basic understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
