Experience, Qualification and Skill Set
- B.E in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with 3-5 years of engineering, business management or sales and marketing experience.
- 3-5yrs experience in IT Hardware/Data Center sales is required
- Strong relationships in the Data Center Market
- Understanding of FPGAs and competitive solutions
- Understanding of the AI/ML, FinTech, OTT segment will be added advantage
- Confident in building new business
- Sales process managements including lead generation, RFI/RFQ, Negotiation, Forecasting
- Strong reporting capabilities
- Strong communication (listening, verbal and written) skills with an emphasis on technical presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
