Key Responsibilities
- Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, including contracts, leave balances, and performance data within the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end new hire process (background checks, contracts, orientation) and manage exit formalities.
- Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies, leave, and benefits.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing by verifying attendance data, tracking time-off, and managing benefit enrollments.
- Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, post job openings, and maintain candidate records.
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate standard HR reports on metrics like headcount, turnover, and compliance tasks.
Requirements and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms (such as Workday, BambooHR, or Zoho People) and strong skills in MS Office.
- Confidentiality: High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive personal information.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
