Google Ads Growth Consultant – Highmark Ads (Remote)
Highmark Ads is looking for an experienced Google Ads Growth Consultant to manage and scale Google Ads campaigns for Australian businesses.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping)
- Conduct client strategy calls and understand business goals
- Perform account audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Improve ROAS, conversions, and campaign performance
- Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards
- Provide weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Optimize landing pages and Google Business Profiles
- Maintain regular communication with clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of Google Ads experience
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience working with international clients (Australia preferred)
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
