About the Role
Magician Code is looking for a well-presented and organized Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and doctors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
2. Appointment & Coordination
- Schedule and manage appointments or meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare partners
- Assist in managing daily calendars and meeting rooms
3. Client Interaction
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries
- Provide accurate information about Magician Code services
- Ensure a positive and seamless visitor experience
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain records, visitor logs, and basic documentation
- Handle courier, mail, and dispatch activities
- Assist with data entry and basic reporting tasks
5. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate between departments for smooth office functioning
- Relay important messages to relevant teams promptly
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Presentable personality with a professional approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Preferred Profile
- Experience in healthcare, clinics, or service-based industries is a plus
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
