About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Developer to join our team and help build, deploy, and improve AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, machine learning, and modern AI technologies, with a willingness to work on real-world AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models into applications and products.
- Build AI-powered features using LLMs, generative AI, NLP, and machine learning.
- Work with APIs and frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
- Develop and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications.
- Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets for model development.
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models where required.
- Build AI agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, or automation solutions.
- Integrate AI models with existing software applications and APIs.
- Test, debug, and improve AI applications for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party AI APIs.
- Knowledge of libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
- Understanding of databases and data-processing techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic software development practices.
Good to Have
- Experience building AI agents or RAG-based applications.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and deployment workflows.
- Experience with computer vision or NLP.
- Published AI/ML projects, GitHub repositories, internships, or relevant certifications.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
